Great company - Vendor Manager Dicker Data Employee Review

Mature company with steady growth, flat structure and relaxing work environment

Managers are incredibly out of touch, Openly stating "People need to get over it and be positive" when staff are discussing the morale being down and "Everyones replaceable" when there has been an influx of staff quitting. Very telling that you are just a number to them and not someone valued for your experience or service to the company. Reduced the WFH down to only 1 day a week, Huge disadvantage considering the office is on a peninsula and other employers are only getting more flexible with 2 days a week in the office etc. Struggling to get good people to fill the roles that everyone is leaving. Incredibly inflexible for new parents, Despite sprucing a family friendly workplace and they're open to flexible work arrangements. So far ZERO people who have requested flexibility due to working far from the office etc have been approved. Work life balance isn't a priority for management here. Hugely out of touch upper management, The slogan is “we are family” but they’ve very much forgotten what it’s like to have a young family when you’re working without huge wages/bonuses.
