Make no mistake, this is a BANK culture. It is run like a law practice and has the politics running the place. Same employees being shuffled around into different positions to create a picture of "growth opportunities" and to lower labor costs.AIf you're a woman or minority - you won't get picked ofter until you prove good at kissing the ring, don't pay attention to a few exceptions. Abuse of power, sexism, circlejerk. Very buttoned-up and formal culture where egos are big. Step on a wrong foot and you'll get sidelined/fired.
