      Pros

      -Flexi work hours. No other pros.

      Cons

      -Worst HR. -Stop misleading clients and lying to them. -Dull interiors, poor hygiene, no basic amenities available. -Founders are really rude and arrogant. They treat employees like slaves. -No personal or professional growth for the employees. -Appraisal is really poor and half of your salary is kept as retention bonus, which you only get if you stay with the company for a year.

      The sheer variety of clients and industry verticals that we get to work on, provides and excellent learning culture. The fact that we have a more horizontal team structure, we get ample opportunities to dive into projects across the spectrum. Right from media planning, websites, social media marketing, graphics, video projects and more.
