      Pros

      -Flexi work hours. No other pros.

      Cons

      -Worst HR. -Stop misleading clients and lying to them. -Dull interiors, poor hygiene, no basic amenities available. -Founders are really rude and arrogant. They treat employees like slaves. -No personal or professional growth for the employees. -Appraisal is really poor and half of your salary is kept as retention bonus, which you only get if you stay with the company for a year.

      Lot of latte! While bosses are not friendly, colleagues are great.

      Low pay for working very long hours The bosses don't know what they are talking about. Poor infrastructure Very small office

      1.Management has no clear or realistic goal 2. Extremely arrogant and doesn't take feedbacks seriously 3. Lacks the temperament to manage its own people 4. Management shows no respect for time management 5. Employees have to face a lot of difficulties due to point 4.
