Pros

good salary, unlimited PTO (although you don’t really feel like you can take it)

Cons

where to even begin - the company runs based on the success of 1 singular enterprise client, and even if you’re not involved on the account, your job ultimately lies in the hand of their budgets. favoritism is extremely prevalent and if you’re not a favorite, consider yourself laid off (with minimal severance) the minute that 1 enterprise client reduces their budgets. but then weeks later, they start hiring new people to fill your spot. management and your colleagues don’t give a damn about their people - once you’re laid off and jobless, the people you worked with daily don’t even have the decency to reach out and check in. i truly could not recommend this agency any less. some of the most immature and unprofessional people i’ve ever worked with - save yourself the headache and take your talent literally anywhere else

Pros

Great company to work for and grow. The management is empathetic and well connected to their employees and clients. Company is very inclusive and allows employees to work autonomously, but still offers help whenever necessary. Remote work environment is top-notch and the no-meeting-Mondays are a huge bonus!

Pros

I've worked for brick-and-mortar companies, other agencies, and freelanced, and Digital Reach Agency (DRA) is the best place I've ever worked. It's a fun, casual environment internally, but with amazing professionalism and quality work provided to our clients. - OUTSTANDING emphasis on work-life balance (many companies say it, but DRA puts it into action). Unlimited PTO and flexibility when needed. - People are fun, engaging, and wicked smart - work hard with a team that wants to excel and provide quality services. - Management truly values feedback. There are constant pushes and multiple avenues to provide ideas, critiques, or just general feedback about everything from your job specifically to processes/procedures for the company as a whole. - DRA values its employees. They know their best assets are the people. They're always thinking of ways to try to engage, incentivize, and connect the remote team together.

Cons

This isn't "Cons" so much as a caution - 100% remote work isn't for everyone. People always think, "man, I'd love to work from home!" but not everyone is suited to it. There is no office to go into to connect with people in person. You must be disciplined to work hard and stay focused in your home environment. DRA is a great place to work, but there's a lot of actual work. Unlimited PTO and flexible schedules certainly don't mean you can just goof off. There ARE ways to stay connected with your coworkers and engage with the team. But if sitting by yourself for large amounts of the week is going to be difficult, or if you don't want to work hard and hold yourself to high quality standards, then this isn't the right fit for you.
