Digital Waffle Response
3yThank you for your review of your time at Digital Waffle, however, the timing of this review does seem odd. We haven't had anyone leave the business since August and this review has been posted at the end of December.
We agree our people are lovely, Digital Waffle has grown the team to ensure our principles and practices from Day 1 have remained the same. However, we disagree with the notion of lack of training.
Over the past 2 years, we have invested in the leading Recruitment LMS (Recruitment Mentors) to supply our staff with online training, whilst also holding weekly group training sessions / workshops for the practical application of skills.
We have a zero KPI environment as every single person that works for Digital Waffle are unique individuals, and as such, develop at different rates. This mindset allows our consultants to have the freedom to learn and improve at their own speed - however, this ultimately comes down to each consultants own motivation to want to take on board the necessary information via the aforementioned approaches.
