No growth path and salary capped.

The coworkers are great. It's a good workout; you will always be moving around.

Always understaffed. Poorly managed by management (they get switched out every few months). Your enjoyment at the store greatly depends on who the current managers are for the day. (Plus, they are gonna start implementing uniforms: red polos, black jeans)
