They only want you to due the grunt work with promises of extra money and bonuses they can’t / won’t fulfill. -Upper management filled with uneducated , sexist males who would take any opportunity if given. - Last minute scheduling (they expect you to drop everything last minute to do events they’ve known about months prior) - Passive aggressive work environment - Toxic work environment - Teen gossip work environment (Professionalism is a stretch) - No proper onboarding/offboarding - Incompetent people in positions of high management due to like ability
