-Working for the company - Never believe they will pay you bonuses, closes, or new products you help launch. They only want you to due the grunt work with promises of extra money and bonuses they can’t / won’t fulfill. -Upper management filled with uneducated , sexist males who would take any opportunity if given. - Last minute scheduling (they expect you to drop everything last minute to do events they’ve known about months prior) - Passive aggressive work environment - Toxic work environment - Teen gossip work environment (Professionalism is a stretch) - No proper onboarding/offboarding - Incompetent people in positions of high management due to like ability

Pay is bad, company culture is RANK. They cannot retain employees on the East Coast. Can't keep inventory in stock. Problems with harassment over gender and religion. Leadership continually shooting themselves in the foot—organization is bleeding out, and they refuse to invest in employee well being and necessary infrastructure. Sinking ship. Avoid at all costs!
