The owners treated employees unfairly, placing disproportionate pressure on individuals. Leadership operated opaquely, making decisions behind closed doors without transparency or opportunity for dialogue. Support and recognition were lacking: positive contributions were ignored, while criticism was delivered in a domineering fashion. Leads were allocated unfairly, creating inequitable opportunities and undermining team morale.
