Not consistent hours. When Project ends so does your pay.

Managment likes to rapid hire and promote people based on proximity rather than skill or merit whichever leads to a climate culture built on sucking up and puts people with little experiance in postions of authority with little skills to do so. Senior managment is a JOKE and is never on site and genuinly spends more time away drinking and trying to run the site via teams from the bar. The Client is constantly unhappy with their efforts and senior and upper managmanets only solutions are to lay the blame on those working hardest. The technicians and leads. Accountability in any role beyond lead is lacking severely.
