Wow. We are so disappointed to hear this from a current employee. We make every effort to make time to listen to feedback from our employees and are sorry to hear you don't feel this is the case. We do have company emails and an anonymous reporting service available to all employees to use to provide any sort of feedback or concerns, and we encourage you to use these going forward.
In regard to work-life balance, we do offer 3 on/4 off schedules and long weekends for production workers to help with work-life balance and offer them the rest they need in between shifts. If you have any other thoughts on how we can better encourage work-life balance, please email us at HR@teamdms.com. We would love to hear your thoughts on this!
We want to assure you that every DMS employee is a valued part of our team. We would not have been able to remain open during COVID without the hard work of our production team in following COVID prevention protocols and showing up each day. A huge part of our success as a company is due to you and our production team members.
We understand it is difficult for some to handle the work load at DMS as our clients expect a lot from us due to the high standards we have met in the past, but that is where our success comes from. Our clients appreciate how quickly we can produce for them and continue to work with us, which allows us to remain in operations. One of our company values is honesty and we are always open and upfront in our interactions and communications with others.
In regard to the other feedback you shared, we will be sure to look into these concerns and address them to the best of our ability.
