Pros

I have worked here, left here and returned again. I recently read a Glassdoor review by a disgruntled MA who said she was disrespected and treated like a cult. It is criminal what people can say anonymously. COWARDS. I promise SHE was a poor performing employee. Good news is the poor performers can’t stay at DFL. They always fail. Performance expectations to serve the clients is really HIGH. Thank goodness.

Cons

The workforce has deteriorated to almost unrecognizable lazy, no time management skills, no people skills, and ZERO commitment to the MISSION TO SERVE OTHERS.

Pros

The pay was some of the best in the area.

Cons

No amount of money is worth your health, both mental and physical. Anyone in a supervisory role or above can’t be trusted. Any concerns you discuss with your supervisor or HR will be used as a way to force you out. Toxic is not a strong enough word. Management is very cult-like and will stop at nothing to ensure that if you have an actual backbone and speak up, that you’re not only written up, but targeted until you either quit or get fired.
