Pros
- Great bonuses for past years I have been there - They have a good personal improvement system that introduces you to new material and helps you grow as a person. - Most people I work with are great to work with
Cons
- Outside of bonuses, pay is low. The company wants you to perform first and then you get bonuses. very bonus driven. The bonuses are great, but if you are going for a loan on a house then you have no consistent income to qualify for a loan. - Its a Japanese ran company, So many things are very Japanese culture so targets are lost in translation so they don't make sense - Poor documentation and training. - Management has lack of forward planning, very reactive and stuck in firefighting mode. When you make predictions to help, Managers say they appreciate it but no changes happen. Then things go exactly as you predict and get stuck putting out fires. On bright side, if you predict it, you can prepare yourself for the burns even if MGMT won't take your advice.
