Pros
Benefits are okay. They'll pay for college, which they started after I already had student loan debt. They're constantly having food and snack days to enhance morale.
Cons
There's no movement once you've reached a certain level. Training classes to help with advancement get canceled with zero notice. Monthly Incentive based on performance was removed because they didn't think it was a motivator.
