Pros
Team members are great to work with, collaboration within teams is great. Work from home makes work life balance great. Downtown office location is great for employees in downtown Chicago
Cons
Very top heavy on senior management. Most of the senior managers are clueless of what their teams frustrations are and just are focused on getting results to prove to their boss. If you are not in a revenue generating team chances are your review will be mediocre. Work long hours and no supprt from senior management.
