Friendly work environment. Good PTO policy encourages work-life balance. Occasional work from home opportunity in most teams. Has a satellite office in downtown Chicago where you can work at too.
Cons
Remote location (HQ in Riverwoods, IL). Horrible traffic if you commute from Chicago everyday. Taking the Metra takes 1.5 hrs each way so you spend a lot of time commuting everyday if you live in the city.
