Pros
Company culture is great - Executive management has a great attitude towards the future and does a great job communicating. Senior level management is getting better at this. Benefits are great - company values are great. Great lateral movement opportunities. Great work life balance promotion from executive level.
Cons
Middle and lower management are not strong leaders. IT training and certification investment in employees could be better. They don't spend as much on employee extras as other employers - ie - bonus', outings, ect. Salary is lower than other competitors. Some areas still function under the 'good-ole boys' club mentality. Not a great balance of females in the IT department - too many men.
