Diversity. Great Customer Service department leadership

Collections was awful. Promised that if we just gave it a try and didn’t like it we could get sent back so Customer Service. That didn’t happen and collections kept us, stats were unachievable. They fired ALL of us on a single team. If you work there do not EVER leave customer service!
