Pros

-Break empowerment, being able to utilize your 30 minutes of break however you choose. -Working remotely. Saving money on transportation, gas, wear and tear on your vehicle. Equipment provided to you and stipend to pay internet bill. -Culture. Most of the people I’ve had the pleasure of working with have been great. Inviting, helpful, positive. -The company as a whole really does a great job of checking in with employees, are open to feedback about what is going well and what is not going well. I have seen feedback implemented on several occasions.

Cons

-PTO. Initially given 20 days of PTO which seems like a lot but when you take into consideration that your sick time comes out of those 20 days it can go really quickly. -Time off. It is hard to request days off that you need when you work in a smaller department. You also don’t have the ability to request a specific day off for one week if you have a birthday party, graduation, doctor’s appointment etc. It’s left up to you to try and trade a schedule with a college or use PTO. And if you’re out of PTO you end up getting an occurrence. After so many occurrences you will be fired immediately. -Stats. You are required to meet certain stats and your performance raise is affected by these stats. Some of these stats are out if your control. Like when a customer leaves a bad survey for you and it has nothing to do with you, but rather is unhappy with the company policy and there is nothing you can do about it. -Pay. For the amount of calls you take on a daily basis and the amount of mental stress it can take on you, the pay could definitely be better. Especially in today’s economy when the cost of living is so high.
