Pros
Great people to work with most of the time, good atmosphere and goal oriented work. I worked there for 5 years and enjoyed almost ever day of it.
Cons
Some days are more stressful than others, like holidays were crazy, or special events at night. Hours were weekends as well. No set schedule. It was all over the place. Management can make or break the area, and sometimes being overloaded with too many responsibilities at once. But you learn to juggle fast.
