Some great perks, lots of variety in your work schedule if you like that, department is enormous so you're pretty much guaranteed to make friends eventually, lots of opportunities to shadow and network, genuinely a fun job when things are running smoothly
Cons
Management is constantly contradicting each other, rules change seemingly overnight, scheduling can be difficult if you have other commitments, no merit or seniority based pay raises
