      Pros

      You will never have a dull day working here. The place is constantly changing and keeping things exciting. You will make great friends in every department and the managers are very approachable. There is a lot of room for growth within the company if you ask about it.

      Cons

      Scheduling is a little hard to deal with at times, but overall they will work with you to get the schedule you need.

      Pros

      Company cares and values its employees. There are many resources, events, and paths for individuals to learn and grow. This is a great place to get a solid footing and start.

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up as there are many people trying to work for the Resort. There is ample competition for positions and you need to work hard to move to a professional position outside of park operations.
