Account manager at the Homegoods account needs to be replaced to make this a decent place to work. account management open makes fun of, taunts, harasses employees on a daily basis. Working 70 hours a week 12-14 hours a day. The better you perform, the less likely you are to receive a promotion. The better you perform, the more of a promotable threat you are and you are oftentimes terminated for being a top performer.
