Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Dixa. I’m sorry that you felt unsupported by us and the management team. We acknowledge that the culture in London was far removed from the culture in Denmark, and so we have taken steps to ensure that this does not happen again in the London office, such as replacing the management in London, and hiring an Inclusion Partner based in London, with a significant focus on re-shaping the culture to avoid incidents like the ones that you experienced.
