Thank you for your review and sharing your honest thoughts with us. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience with Dixa. We’ve taken your feedback on board and have taken the necessary steps to address all of your concerns, including replacing management in London, and hiring an Inclusion (People & Culture) Partner in the London office dedicated to overseeing any cultural issues, and implementing strategies to change the culture that you endured. Though this was an issue specific to the London office, we are committed to creating an inclusive environment that does not tolerate favouritism or gendered biases across the company.
As with many fast growing, albeit small, start ups, there are definitely areas where we will experience obstacles. Entering a new market, like we did in the UK, is very challenging and it takes time to create impact and success, but we’re very grateful to have some incredible people in the UK team expanding our reach and helping us grow for the long term.
We are sorry that we can’t change your experience, but thank you again for your feedback in helping us make the Dixa a better place to work. I wish you all the best!
