Pros
I joined the team with a bit of recklessness during a moment I wasn't really motivated and sastisfied and after 2 years I cannot be more grateful and happier of the choice I made. This company made me grow very strongly not only as a professional but I learnt many things as well about myself. I faced my limits and learnt to go beyond them thanks to my manager and all the feedbacks I received by many different people. I believed in the project then and I still believe in it right now with a much stronger awarness of the impact we are having on the health care system and will keep having in the future. This has all been possible thanks to the people I work with every day. I've also had the proof that hard work and committment get rewarded at the end, which has always been one of the qualites I looked for in all my previous works. Last but not least despite the difficulties and tough times I still wake up in the morning satisfied and happy of my job, it's an amazing feeling and not so common at all.
Cons
When I feel something as a negative aspect I think about all my previous working experiences and suddenly realizes that it's not bad at all, I feel lucky.
