The software development teams are organized in autonomous teams that work like a small startups each - with full freedom and responsability for their actions. This releases the creativity and makes everyobody participate in 200%, which makes working here a truly unique experience. Also, the management's transparency of whatever is happening in the company is remarkable.
Cons
The product is developed in two differenent countries in parallel, which adds a big communication overhead. Also, there's no clear politics for salary increases, which makes it pretty unpredictable.
