Cheap company - Business Analyst DocPlanner Employee Review

It is a cheap and demanding company, salaries are not in line with the market (quite below), the level of pressure is high. There is a lot of hierarchy and you need to get on well with your superiors or you have nothing to do. When they stop needing someone, they fire them without prior notice, trying to only pay for the pending vacation. They have received lawsuits for it. In terms of personal development it seems like work is being done but in reality these are false expectations.
