Great startup culture - Anonymous employee Doctible Employee Review

Everyone here is super friendly and it's pretty cool to see how the company has grown in the last few months. The managers are always present and genuinely are excited to see your growth. I was worried that joining a startup would be a goodbye to my social life with long hours and all nighters but quite the opposite that I have a great work life balance. But don't get me wrong, when you walk in the doors, you better be ready to go full steam. There's no time to be coasting around here. The game room is pretty cool and there's always things to eat around the office like Pizzas or snack bars which is a good thing when one is really hungry.
