Pros
Lots of Pros in no particular order:

Excellent location for commuting on public transit.

Cons
I can find very few Cons:
I dislike the PTO policy that includes sick days. I would like to have a set amount of sick days separate from PTO. It’s a drag to use PTO when you’re sick and it encourages people to come to work sick to conserve PTO.
There are some politics but I feel this is unavoidable in any company - even those who claim to have no politics. It’s just the nature of business.
