DocuSign is just like any another Silicon Valley echo-chamber tech company. They push the progressive narrative through your throat in every company event. I came to the US from Latin America and have my own values. This company says it's all for diversity, but it's not true. They don't accept people who dare question their progressive dogmas.
On the other hand, management has a top-down approach, at least in the projects I've been involved in. I provide context for product decisions based on research, but they still won't listen, because they're driven by their assumptions.
I don't see myself in the company for too long. Too closed-minded.
