Pros

Offers a free meal once a week and sometimes nice breakfast. Relevant benefits are dental and general private healthcare, which are standard in the industry.

Cons

Be aware this is an entry level job where you are learning absolutely nothing about outbound, only inbound, with bad connection to marketing who are the only one that provide leads. You may stuck with a month without any pipeline generation bcs you got no leads but are also not allowed to outbound, research or anything. They hire only young men, and certainly don’t give a flying thought about character traits. It’s like you’re back in another centuries bro-culture menosphere. Targets are too high, as it’s common in sales, but without leads, and no permission to outreach.. well.. make your own mind. They tend to overhire and then get rid of people. Why not hire directly according to the markets needs? One can just guess.. probably somewhere higher up management has no clue what’s actually going on at the base, as so often in corporate. Company had it high peak in Covid, people rose to positions they are not qualified for, lack managerial skills, etc product tries desperately to stay relevant on the market, even stock market shows already what is unavoidable since Covid is no more.

Pros

Mostly nice people, dedicated to their specific roles.

Cons

Lack of team cohesion among departments. Lots of communication and accountability breakdowns, siloed efforts. Immature processes and undeveloped operations. Unqualified and ineffective leadership: I was to be the Business Process Lead but mid-interview, the hiring manager told me they would instead place me in a very small sub-department reporting into Finance Business Transformation. It was never clear if this was meant to be temporary or permanent... I was successful in facilitating and contributing to a project that was 10+ years overdue at Docusign. The managing director I reported to was laid off so a more tenured employee took over as "manager" who had never been in charge of people and it showed. Despite my contributions, I was told how little they valued my work and efforts on a successful project. Definitely a level disparity as I have been Sr. Finance Manager twice and head of a global department reporting into VP level and up. It appeared that all this new "manager" wanted was a subservient cog to condescend, demotivate, and talk down to. Beyond ridiculous to squander my 15 years of corporate experience.
