Biggest pro: the team! Everyone is obviously a dog lover, but apart from that they are all great human beings, passionate about what they are doing, and great team mates. Everyone gives an added value to the company and is eager to participate in any project to make the DogBuddy experience for dog owners the best experience possible.
Management genuinely cares about the the employees. They offer flexibility, good perks, and a challenging environment.

We work in three different offices so we don't get to see all the team together very often.
