Pros
- The people are amazing, and the company really encourages collaboration - The environment and facilities make coming into work a joy rather than a chore - Lots of internal opportunities and roles open up all the time at all different levels, this is really a place you can grow - The autonomy given to managers is great and there is a freedom to explore ideas you think will benefit the business - Constant improvement, the company takes on feedback really well and processes have been put in place for better budgeting and prioritisation which will ensure long term success.
Cons
- Cross office/site collaboration can be difficult, there can feel like a London VS Bristol rather than one team. But the exec team is spending more time in Bristol to help with this.
