      Can make a lot of money in this industry, if you don't have a family and don't care about not having a lot time off.

      Cons

      Over 50+ hour weeks, taking days off and vacation is a joke, high pressure sales environment, high turn over rate plus management can better.

      Pay schedule is weird. Would never get the same amount each paycheck even though I never called out and worked the same days every week

      Culture and family atmosphere is the best over there. Training is good. Growth opportunities so long as your patient.

      Cons

      Loyal to their employees until they’re not. Can quickly change in a dime, no matter how long you’ve been there. Compensation is low compared to other competitors.
