Pros

There is nothing good about this company.

Cons

Six days training at another store. Then sent to my store to manage. Didn't know much of anything. Scheduled 25 hours average out of my 48 by myself to run register. Could not go to the bathroom. Those 48 hours I was scheduled, only get paid for 40. They already got 8 hours a week from me. Call outs, I had to cover. 43 weeks in a row no days off. Just did 22 days off in a row also. Could not leave when I was sick, no hours. Thank goodness no emergencies with my family. District manger has favorites, dose not return phone calls or texts. Company does not pay for 6 major holidays. Stole money because of health insurance.

Pros

The job itself is easy. The cash register, stocking (especially the totes and dry truck) and cleaning are so simple however there are certain things that make it difficult, although the work itself is not (under the right circumstances.)

Cons

They never have enough people on shift so it’s always difficult to get things done. It seems like all the managers I know from the store I worked at and the surrounding ones are all so deep into drama it made me wonder if I was back in high school. Dry truck always seems to bring far too much and the stores are so little that overstock is a huge issue here. The reason I ultimately left was due to severe mistreatment and some safety concerns I had regarding some past experiences. I am very glad I left and I would not ever go back.
