      It can be great depending on your area.

      Management wants you to change things around the store so frequently that it becomes difficult to keep up with other things you need to do. Need to wear a lot of hats for this role.

      Pros

      None. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. The pay is not commeasurate with the amount of work that you were expected to do. Dollar General runs their stores on skeleton crews and each person is expected to do the work of 3 to four people.

      Cons

      Everything. From dealing with incredibly rude customers, to the pay, to the workload and everything in between. Again, this is the worst company that I have ever worked for and I've definitely had my fair share of jobs in my lifetime.
