Pros

My hire on process was very fast and simple. Communication with associates was smooth. Opportunities to move up were fairly easy to obtain.

Cons

Training was nonexistent. I had two days of training and I had no retail experience. You learn as you go. Communication with manager is difficult at times. You see them only during shift change. You can request days off on the app and it is over looked. Schedule is subject to change at any point and if you aren’t constantly checking the app you can miss a shift and get called from managers asking where you’re at. They say they need an availability form filled out but it’s pointless cause if you want full time hours you need to have open availability. And if you don’t have open availability you are considered unreliable. Workload is manageable if you have a good team, but turnover rate is high so it’s always hard to find a solid team.

Pros

Good job for someone starting to get a job

Cons

Terrible oppurtunities for anyone actually trying to move forward. Boss literally had a stroke from this job and then was forgotten about.

Pros

You have an opportunity to create good good relationships with your customers.

Cons

There is no work life balance. If you’re a store manager you’re expected to be there 24/7 if necessary. You’re also salary, so you’re paid for a flat 40 hours but required to schedule yourself for a minimum of 48 hours. No holiday pay, no overtime. You have access to two types of bonuses but they’re IF you qualify for them. You get little to no support from upper management and constantly told you’re not doing enough. They don’t care if you’re having staffing issues and still expect you to get the truck completely worked in 2 days and the store to be 100% recovered daily, even if you’re alone. Then they’ll either look for ways to write you up to terminate you or push you until you quit.
