Very Fast pace, extremely busy,

I am very disappointed in the onboarding process of the cafe. I was in the process of getting interviewed and staging, and I felt that the managers were very uninterested and frankly cold in trying to get people in the door. The hour stage was unpaid and were very unwelcoming and they never followed back up until they rejected me. It isn't a place of learning whatsoever. I truly ask the place to reflect upon how they treat people both new and old.
