ego-centric and uneducated ownership lacking completely in communication, downright illegal behavior in regards to scheduling timing and a seeming refusal to enage in illinois sick pay law. inclusion of the owners horrendus boyfriend whos behavoir with employees was extreamly toxic. a culture of growth at the expense of staff. no job security.
