Pros
Big on training (too much sometimes), PTO all the days between Christmas and New Years, generous with swag
Cons
Managers/Leaders are quick to give feedback but cannot take it back themselves. Culture surveys are useless and goes into black hole. Projects are slowing down and can't win work. Good people have been let go or have left to busier GCs. Benefits aren't the greatest and not employee owned. CEO is a little too active on Linkedin re-posting everything....what is he doing everyday?
