- Friendly global team / colleagues / seniors - Autonomous - No micromanagement. - work/life balance (perhaps depending on position)
Cons
- Sudden global descale redundancy - Got rid of 50% of UK team which included all 4 black employees They now have zero. This is embarrassing & appalling for London. - A lot more uncertainty going on behind the leadership curtain than they lead you to believe. - All white male execs - Major pay disparity within same/similar roles.
