Pros

There is typically job stability at Domino's as long as you show you have a good work ethic. There is room to grow in the employment chain even if you start at a customer service rep you may find yourself in management in no time with hard work. The ability to get a bonus as a manager is also a nice perk to working at Domino's. The work enviornment is generally relaxed and fun. The best part about working at Domino's is obviously recieving a paycheck every other week. At times Domino's can be a good place to work for.

Cons

At Domino's Pizza you don't get any benefits besides a potential "bonus" which is generally unreachable. Corporate Standards can be overwhelming with unreasonable expectations. As a manager your expected to work very long hours! If your placed on Salary you won't recieve overtime pay! Granted you have a potential bonus, but I'm yet to get close to recieving a bonus. I generally feel overworked and underpaid as well as underappreciated. The workload for management is very extensive with unlimited tasks to be performed and all for rather minimal pay in most cases. Your typical assistant managers work load far exceeds the pay.

Pros

Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

Cons

Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
