Pros
The ability to see your work pay off immediately is very nice. Taking tips home every night is beneficial especially for a college student. The freedom of being in your own car and listening to music all of your shift is also a plus.
Cons
Your experience really depends on management. Ive worked in two different locations, the first was a blast, second not so much. Manager is very strict and selfish making sure the store meets goals in order to get their bonus. Very frustrating being reprimanded for someone elses benefit. Also the management is annoying because hours are not set in terms of when you go home. At least that is the case at my location. Once i went home 2 hours past the time my manager said i would.
