      Pros

      The company tries to do a lot of cool things and be the leader in the pizza industry. The benefits are awesome, much better than most companies.

      Cons

      The HR department is controlled by people who are not ethical. There are a lot of good people at Domino's, but HR is filled with a lot of underhanded people. HR protects and covers up inappropriate situations.

      This job was a face paced environment (for the most part), which made for fast shifts.

      They hire essentially anyone, resulting in unreliable and lazy co-workers.
