      Pros

      Job can be pretty easy at times and the pay is okay if you don't have many bills or are looking for extra cash on the side.

      Cons

      Lots of strict rules and regulations that make the job harder than it needs to be. It can be extremely stressful at times as well. It felt very much like the company down right do not care about their employees; the customer is the only person they care about.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
