      Pros

      Extremely flexible job, it's very easy, and can be a lot of fun to interact with customers and coworkers. It is a great first job and will teach you the fundamentals of customer service.

      Cons

      Slow/dead times means being sent home early and boredom at work, the busy time is dinner shift which isn't convenient for everybody.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
