Good employees, great opportunities for lateral developmental moves, the company has a great environment, everyone gets a bonus.
Cons
Managers do not move which creates little opportunity to advance, HR can at times be a roadblock to getting things done, there is little job security, minimal increases, high turnover in the HR department, not much work-life balance.
