Pros

You'll meet some awesome and unique people very close knit

customers and ever expanding menu cause a lot of headaches listening to drivers whine about tips and each other customers that dont realize, we arent trying to mess up your order, but even if we get 99% right we'll still have 1 or 2 mistakes on busy nights, which i would love to fix. Delivery charges arent a tip people, it is a charge to off set the $3 in labor for 20 mins the drivers gone, to $1 i give to him to off set his costs(oil change and gas, wear and tear avg 30,000 miles per year for full time drivers) and to off set the $1400 commercial driver insurance policy i have to pay.

Pros

Consistent base pay plus consistent tips, work isn't particularly difficult or straining.

Cons

Service area is too large for the location's capacity, especially given location's proximity to a large college campus. Frequently overloaded during rush and orders were often hours behind schedule. Could use extra staff and equipment to improve throughput and avoid being constantly behind on orders during peak hours.
